OUR SAN FRANCISCO GALLERY IS
NOW AVAILABLE BY PRIVATE APPOINTMENT
JANUARY 22, 2008
As most of our clients are aware, we have closed our main gallery to the public which has been open for eight years. The top two levels of the building at 229 Kearny Street which used to house the public gallery now house SUJARO's Private Gallery of African Art, available by appointment only to serious clients, and our warehouse, as always open to the trade—museums, galleries, and vendors of distinction. For now, when in San Francisco, feel free to call 415-362-660 or email andrew@sujaro.com for an appointment. Serious inquiries only, please. We guarantee that no African art collector has ever seen anything like what they will see in our private gallery.
Look for upcoming updates—we are now expanding our business, increasing the size of our website manyfold, while at the same time expanding our Half Moon Bay gallery location/presence and preparing to do shows, exhibitions, and fundraisers for our non-profit organization in other cities around the United States.
Finally, our non-profit organization, the SUJARO Direct Action Project (SDAP) has now been incorporated with the State of California. We are eagerly awaiting our 501(c)(3) non-profit tax status from the IRS and are developing a linked website to provide detail and transparency to this incredible work to end extreme poverty in 20 villages in Western Burkina Faso—a daunting, but achievable task.
Blessings and good health to all of you in 2008.
Sincerely,
Andrew Berz,
Owner
